And somehow this is my first journal of the new year. O.O
Oopsies. Sorry about that. haha.
New Year started off fine, had a mini party at home and that was nice. My mom bought a bunch of finger foods and some sparkling cider and some Ben and Jerry's.
I'm pleased to say that we have finally gotten our first snow fall of the season. About time too. Even though it's going to be 50 degrees tomorrow. LOL. We got almost a foot of snow while other places got like two inches. And I went night sledding last night and had to shovel. Hurt my back so badly. I should know better by now. I've had back problems half my life for goodness sake! The least I could do is not shovel so hard.
The snow did put a damper on our plans to go to a birthday party but it's cool. My little cousin turned 3 years old Friday. I can't' believe he's 3. There's no way. Just no way. Seems like only yesterday he was born. Sigh. Watch, I'll be this way when I have kids someday. HA!
Let's see what else. I'm drawing a blank guys, so I guess this means I should wrap this up.
